Time to ‘don your best white linen, round up your friends who love a long lunch and prepare for an evening of understated European elegance because Le Dîner en Blanc is arriving in the city as the headline Signature event of Newcastle Food Month.

The Parisian-style pop-up dinner is best known for its famous all-white dress code and surprise location.  So, according to the Le Dîner en Blanc tradition, the location won’t be revealed until the very last minute. We can’t wait to take you there; this secret will be hard to keep!

To uphold Le Dîner en Blanc’s long running tradition guests must; dress stylishly, head-to-toe in white and are requested to bring their own portable tables, white chairs, white table linen and tableware. In effect a very well organised pop-up “chic-picnic” dinner.

A gourmet meal can be brought along by guests or purchased from a selection online tailored by one of Newcastle’s leading caterers. A range of premium Hunter Valley wines will also be available for purchase online before the event (the event is non-BYO).
